Terms of Service

Last updated July 11, 2026

1. The service

Crosspine is a social publishing workspace: you compose posts once, route them through your team's approval process, schedule them, and Crosspine publishes them to the social media accounts you have connected. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the workspace you administer.

2. Your account and workspace

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins control who joins their workspace and what roles they hold. You must be at least 16 years old to use Crosspine.

3. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize Crosspine to access that account through the platform's official API and to publish content on your behalf, but only content that you or your team created and scheduled. You must have the right to connect each account and you remain bound by each platform's own terms of service. Disconnecting a channel deletes its stored credentials.

4. Your content

You own the content you create and upload. You grant Crosspine a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service: rendering previews, validating platform constraints, processing media, and delivering posts to the networks you selected. You are responsible for the content you publish and for the consequences of publishing it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Crosspine to publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates the rules of the destination platform; do not use it for spam, deceptive coordinated activity, or attempts to evade platform enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan quotas (channels, seats, posts, AI credits) are shown at purchase. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and lapsed payment downgrades the workspace to Free quotas. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. AI features

Optional AI assistance is processed by Anthropic when enabled for your deployment. AI output is generated from your prompt and draft content; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Crosspine available and your scheduled posts on time, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Social platforms change and revoke API access outside our control; a platform rejecting or delaying a post is not a breach of these terms. We may add, change, or remove features.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosspine's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you publish.

10. Termination

You may stop using Crosspine and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, scheduled posts stop publishing and stored channel credentials are deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
